Information Technology Quality Control Training Weeks

CCS is providing a classroom training week on the best practices concerning the development and assessment of quality programs within the information technology function. This focus on information technology general controls is unique for CPE providers.

This week of seminars is focused on training concerning process improvement to transform all processes - in software, systems, acquisition, project management, human capital management, services and operations. This training uses recognized models such as the CMMIŽ, PMBOK, Practical Software Measurement and COBIT; we help you understand your current state, plan improvements, implement new processes, and measure the benefits.

Our instruction helps the attendee to understand the key success factors to a quality improvement program and provides a full suite of training to help carry it out.

This week of training allows the attendee to structure training to specific needs. We are offering the following stand-alone seminars:

- Conducting Value-Added Quality Audits (24 CPEs)
