Participants will develop a personal understanding of diversity issues and will learn critical skills required to
effectively manage and motivate a diverse workforce.
Participants will be encouraged to analyze their own experiences and those of their organizations and work groups.
The program concludes with development of a vision for diversity and action plans for the improvement of management
practices and policies.
