Corporate Compliance Seminars (CCS) was created by experts who enjoy providing courses for internal auditors, compliance professional, CPA practitioners, IT auditors and accounting personnel.
All CCS experts have many years of professional experience in providing training courses, workshops and consulting on internal controls, internal auditing, information technology, cybersecurity, fraud prevention and detection, security training, risk management training, PCAOB auditing standards and accounting related subjects.
Corporate Compliance Seminars presents CPE events to a range of professionals: auditors, internal controls, accountants, finance staff, compliance personnel, information technology (IT), Boards of Directors and Audit Committees. One of our newest cybersecurity training events is a DOD CMMC training event. CCS is your source for training in risk management of all types.
We have used as a base set of criteria for our CPE events the standards concerning: SOX, COSO, PCAOB, COBIT, CMMI, CMMC, GRC, FASB, GAAP, IFRS, AICPA, GAO, NAIC, ISO, IIA training, ACFE, ISACA and other profession and regulatory agencies. Each of these criteria have as their underlying premise to provide protection for specific group or groups of stakeholders. Our CPE events explore this underlying force that helps to shape the work to be done on any audit or internal control project.
Our CPE events focus on the details of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX), Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR), IIA training standards, Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) Internal Control Frameworks, ISACA's Control Objectives over Information Technology (COBIT), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Open Compliance & Ethics Group's (OCEG) Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) methodology, PCAOB Standards, AICPA auditing standards, the DOD Cybersecurity Maturity Model (CMMC) and NAIC Model Audit Rule and the NAIC Cybersecurity Act.
CCS understands that one of the core training requirements is soft skills training for all levels in the professional environment. We consider the following as the soft skills needed by our target attendees: communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, critical thinking, decision-making, organization, stress management, change management, adaptability, conflict management, leadership, creativity, resourcefulness, persuasion and openness.
Our programs, live in-person, online and on-demand, provide CPE for professionals with CPA, CGA, CIA, CFE, CISA, CMA and CA and other designations. We are very aware of the training needs within the CPA and IIA auditor communities for online CPE for CPAs. CCS is focused on providing the best learning programs in using three distinct distribution channels: live in-person CPE events, CPE online events and CPE on-demand self-study.
Within the U.S.A. marketplace, Corporate Compliance Seminars allows the attendee to earn NASBA CPE credit.
Our live in-person training events and CPE online events are generally presented in a small classroom setting with two to five attendees. Over the last two years, we have provided CPE online events. Both the in-person training and online training are our approches to providing effective training in person.
We have created distant elearning opportunities using both an online webinar event approach and on-demand elearning self-study modules. These two elearning approaches: online and on-demand self-study with extended web access to our content into the global continuing professional development (CPD) marketplace. In the online events we limit the number of students to maximize the interaction between the live instructor and attendees.
Our instructors have had direct experience in the following industries: financial activities, bank, insurance, healthcare, construction, leisure and hospitality, professional and business services, mining and oil & gas extraction, manufacturing, educational, government agencies, transportation, software, technical, hi-tech, and agricultural.
